Unfortunately Canadian Pharmacies are not able to bill American health insurance companies.

All medication moving between Canada and USA go through a rigorous check in Customs to make sure it is safe. It’s not the shipping time that’s causing the day, it is Customs! There are rare cases where shipments can arrive outside the estimated delivery time. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as delays in U.S. Customs, which is very common during the holiday season or weather delays which affect international air mail.

It takes us 24-48 hours to put your order in the mail. Please note that if you place your order online, your credit card will not be charged until we are ready to ship your medication.

Drug companies commonly use different brand names for their products in different countries. If you have any questions or are confused with various names, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-901-0041 and ask for a pharmacist.

Canadian and American pharmacies are not able to transfer prescriptions to each other. If your prescription has already been used at a local pharmacy, please ask your doctor’s office to issue a new prescription and fax it to us. We can also contact your doctor’s office on your behalf and ask them to fax us a new prescription for your order.
