Privacy Policy – Cloud Pharmacy™

At Canada Cloud Pharmacy™ Customer Care (carrying on business as "Cloud Pharmacy™"), safeguarding your confidentiality and protecting your personal information is a primary concern. We are committed to meeting or exceeding the privacy standards established by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, CA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA, US).   6. Accuracy: Personal information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date as necessary.
  7. Safeguarding Personal Information: Personal information must be protected by appropriate security safeguards.
  8. Openness: Cloud Pharmacy™ makes information available regarding policies and practices for managing personal information.
  9. Customer Access: Customers may request information about the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal data, verify accuracy, and request amendments.
  10. Handling Customer Complaints and Suggestions: Customers may direct inquiries to Cloud Pharmacy™'s Privacy Officer regarding these principles.

Types of Personal Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services and fulfill your orders, including:

  • Personal details: name, address, email, phone number, occupation, employment status
  • Medical information: primary physician, medical history, drug allergies, medications requested
  • Financial information: credit card details, banking information
  • Prescription and healthcare details
  • Contact history for customer support purposes

Anonymous/non-personal information that cannot be traced back to a specific individual may also be collected.

Cloud Pharmacy™ follows PIPEDA (CA), HIPAA (US), and The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards for SMS/MMS communication.

SMS Communication Practices

  • Consent: Explicit consent is required to receive SMS messages.
  • Opt-In Message: Upon opting in, confirmation messages explain how to opt out, access help, and message frequency.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe; confirmation messages are sent.

  • Help Messages: Reply HELP or contact support for assistance.
  • Data Collection & Use: Phone number and opt-in data are collected solely for SMS purposes.
  • Data Protection: Personal information is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.
  • No Sharing: SMS information is not shared for marketing purposes.
  • Compliance with TCR: Ensures secure, spam-free messaging practices.
