CALQUENCE has changed its formulation from capsules to tablets. This important formulation is designed to allow CALQUENCE to be taken by people who also need to take stomach acid-reducing medications. The safety and effectiveness of a CALQUENCE tablet is expected to be the same as the CALQUENCE capsule. The strength and dosage will remain the same: One 100-mg tablet by mouth twice daily, approximately every 12 hours — with or without food.
