TCR AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

This TCR (Trust Center Registration) Authorization Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of SMS messaging services between Cloud Pharmacy™ ("the Business") and you ("the Customer"). By selecting the checkbox on our website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth in this agreement.

By opting into this service, you acknowledge and agree that Cloud Pharmacy™ will send you SMS messages about medication delivery statuses, reminders for prescription refills, and critical updates on pharmaceutical practices that may affect you.

Your consent to receive SMS messages will remain valid until you choose to withdraw it. You may opt out at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in any SMS message or by contacting us directly. Once you opt out, Cloud Pharmacy™ will cease sending you SMS messages, but you may still receive other forms of communication unless otherwise specified.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

At Cloud Pharmacy™, we are deeply committed to protecting your personal information.
